App - How to Create a Mobile Reservation User/Enable Starter Feature

Creating a Mobile Reservation User allows you to view and manage Tee Sheets and Reservations Pages from anywhere using a Staff App login.

  1. If not done already, search ForeTees in your app store and download the FT Staff App.

  2. Log in to the System Administration Side of ForeTees.

  3. Click on the Mobile Reservation Users tab.

  4. Click on Create New Staff App User. These will be the credentials to log in to the app. Skip this step if you already have a Staff App User created.

  5. Once returned to the Mobile Reservation Users tab, click on Add New Mobile Reservation User.

  6. Fill in First Name and Last Name, select the Activity (can choose more than one), and select the viewing options. Leave the Username field blank. When finished, click Save and Close.

  7. Once returned to the Mobile Reservation Users tab, find the user you created and click on Connect to Staff App. You will then connect it to your Staff App User.

    When logged into the Staff App, you will see the "Starter" tile for your Golf Tee Times and you will see "Time Sheets (Activity Name)" for your FlxRez reservations. These allow you to access your reservations from anywhere.
