Feedback Forms
The Feedback Forms feature gives members a way to speak up in the moment.
Under five minutes, start to finish: build a form from a template, choose which staff get notified, and get it in front of your members.
Loved tonight's dinner special? There's a form for that. Ran into an issue on the course or around a facility? There's one for that too. Members open a form whenever something's on their mind, submit as often as they like, and their response goes straight to the staff or department that needs to see it.
Walkthrough (~5 minutes)

FT Staff App 3.1.3 & ClubCentral Member App 4.5.7
July 29, 2026
In this update: refreshed look for Golf Bag Request and Food Ordering workflows. Use this article to understand each feature, walk through setup, and see common support questions.
Feature 1: A Fresh Look for Golf Bag Request
(ClubCentral v4.5.7 & FT Staff App v3.1.3)
Golf Bag Request lets members ask for their clubs ahead of time, so bags are pulled and waiting wherever your club stages them. It just got a fresh look on both the member and staff side, and if you're not offering it yet, here's what it can do for your club.
Both sides of Golf Bag Request were refreshed together: the member request experience and the Bag Drop screen your bag room team works from.

What We Are Seeing From Users
A quick nine after work: A member schedules bags for 4:45 on the drive over and walks straight to the first tee.
Gone for the weekend: A member headed to the lake house or a golf trip requests their bags ahead of time and picks them up on the way out of town, no phone call and no waiting at the bag room.
Lessons and range: Bags go to the practice range instead of the bag drop, so nobody is waiting on clubs.
Fewer calls to the pro shop: Requests land in one queue instead of a stack of phone messages during your busiest hours.
Your bag room team gets a clearer queue to work from. Rush and scheduled requests are color-coded, wait times are visible at a glance, and staff covering more than one pickup spot can switch between them in a tap.
Setup is quick. The walkthrough above covers the member flow, the staff queue, and how to add your pickup locations and hours.
Feature 2: Food Ordering, Rebuilt for the Rush
(FT Staff App v3.1.3)
Food ordering in the FT Staff App has an improved look built around one idea: orders should be faster to scan and harder to misread. Your F&B and on-course teams can move quickly through a rush without missing an item, a note, or a member's requested time.
Release Notes
The whole queue at a glance: Every order leads with the member and shows amount, location, and timing in a clean layout, so staff can read the queue instead of decoding it.
Status you can see instantly: Color coding separates new orders, accepted orders, orders with a committed ready time, and orders ready for handoff, without stopping to read the fine print.
Order type on every card: Pick Up, Dine In, and Delivery are labeled right in the queue, so orders get routed correctly the first time.
Notes that don't get missed: Special instructions and allergy notes sit in a highlighted callout, and a clear indicator shows when there's more of the order below.
The member's number, right there: Phone numbers appear on the order itself, which helps when confirming a delivery out on the course.
Realistic ready times: The estimated time picker shows both when the order was placed and what the member requested, so staff can commit with full context.
Room for what matters: On tablets, order items get the most screen space with key actions always within reach.

Staff App 3.1.2
July 23, 2026
In this update: new Location Check-In features and Lesson Pro improvements. Use this article to understand each feature, walk through setup, and see common support questions.
New Feature: Location Check-In Restriction Rules
You can now set restriction rules for any check-in location, whether that is the pool, the fitness center, or the courts. When a member checks in, the app checks them against your rules automatically, so every staff member enforces things the same way, even on a busy Saturday or a new hire's first shift.
Watch Video ⬅️
What is this feature?
Clubs can create rules for any check-in location (pool, fitness center, courts, etc.) that automatically warn staff or block a check-in based on member data.
Where do staff create a rule?
Open any location check-in screen in the FT Staff App and tap the Restrictions tab.
What can a rule be based on?
Age, member type, membership type, or member group. Rules can combine multiple conditions, and each condition can accept multiple values (for example, "Membership type is Social OR Junior" AND "Age is less than 18").
What's the difference between a Warning and a Block?
A Warning shows an amber alert but still allows the check-in. A Block shows a red alert and disables the check-in button entirely, with a message explaining why.
Can a blocked member be let in anyway?
Yes, by adding them to that rule's exempt list. This can be done from the rule editor or directly from the check-in screen when the alert appears, using "Move to Exempt List." Exempt status only applies to that one rule — the member is still evaluated against any other active rules.
What happens with family check-ins?
Each family member added during check-in is evaluated individually. If one family member triggers a rule, the alert is attributed to them specifically, not the whole group.
Does this apply to tee time check-in?
No. Restriction rules apply only to location check-in, not tee time check-in.
Is there a limit to how many rules a location can have?
No limit.
Which staff roles/permissions can create or edit rules and exempt lists?
Any staff member with access to that location. There is currently no specific permission gating this feature — every location will see the Restrictions tab once the app is updated.
New Feature: Notify Checked-In Members
Weather closing the pool? A fitness class starting late? You can now send a push notification straight to the members currently checked in at your location, right from the check-in screen. No walking the floor, no posting signs, and no club-wide blast that bothers people who are not even there.
What is this feature?
Staff can send a push notification to members currently checked in at a location, directly from the check-in screen. Useful for weather closures, schedule changes, or facility announcements.
Where is the button?
On the location check-in screen, next to "Check In" and "Check Out All." It only appears when at least one checked-in member has the ForeTees member app installed.
Why can't I select a certain member?
Members without the ForeTees member app appear greyed out with a "No app" indicator and can't be selected. Notifications can only reach members who have the app.
Can I notify members across multiple locations at once?
No. The notification is scoped to whoever is currently checked in at that one location. To reach another location, send a separate notification from that location's check-in screen.
Can members reply to the notification?
No, it's a one-way push notification.
Is there a character limit on the title or body?
No limit as of now.
Is there a log of sent notifications anywhere?
Yes, in the Push Notification feature on both the Staff App and the app admin.
Updated Look: Lesson Pro Booking
For golf pros, racquet pros, and any instructor managing a day of lessons, the booking screens have a fresh new look. Bigger text, a cleaner layout, and a guided step-by-step flow make it easier than ever to get lessons on the schedule.
What changed?
The Lesson Pro booking screens got a visual refresh — larger text, a cleaner layout, and a guided 3-step flow for creating a lesson. This is a design update, not a workflow overhaul. The daily schedule view itself did not change.
What are the 3 steps?
Select lesson type (shows duration and calculated end time)
Select member or guest (search by name/number, or type a guest name directly)
Confirm details (location, notes, and a toggle to skip the email notification)
Can instructors book someone without a member record?
Yes. That's the key functional change — staff can type a guest name directly in step 2. No member record is required. Guest bookings show an amber dashed-border avatar and a "Guest · no member record" label.
Can staff still block time on the schedule?
Yes, unchanged — available slots can still be blocked via an action sheet.

Staff App 3.1.1 & Member App 4.5.5
July 7, 2026
In this update: This release includes three new features in the FT Staff App (v3.1.1) and one security enhancement in the ClubCentral Member App (v4.5.5). Use this article to understand each feature, walk through setup, and see common support questions.
Staff App — Version 3.1.1
New Feature: Photo Decline Reasons & Member Push Notification
What it does: When a staff member declines a member's submitted profile photo, they can now select a reason for the decline. That reason is automatically sent to the member as a push notification, prompting them to resubmit.
Why it matters: Previously, members received no explanation when their photo was declined, leading to confusion and follow-up calls to the club. This update closes that communication gap.
How to use it (Staff workflow):
Open the FT Staff App and navigate to the Member Photos section.
Select a pending photo submission.
Tap Decline.
The Decline Photo modal will appear with the following pre-set reason options:
Your photo was not a clear headshot.
Your photo was too dark or poorly lit.
Your photo contained inappropriate content.
The photo submitted does not appear to be you.
Select one reason (optional — staff can decline without selecting a reason).
Optionally, add a custom message in the Additional Note field (e.g., "Please use a recent photo with a plain background.").
A Push Notification Preview is displayed at the bottom of the modal so staff can see exactly what the member will receive before sending.
Tap Decline & Notify Member to confirm.
What the member receives: The member receives a push notification from the club that includes:
A standard opening message: "Your photo was not accepted."
The selected decline reason in bold (e.g., "Your photo was not a clear headshot.")
A closing prompt: "Please submit a new photo."
📌 Support Note: The reason field is optional. If staff declines without selecting a reason, the member will still be notified that their photo was not accepted, but no specific reason will be included.
New Feature: Bulk Photo Approval
What it does: Staff can now select multiple pending member photos at once and approve them in bulk from the Staff App, rather than approving each one individually.
Why it matters: At the start of a season or after a new member onboarding wave, clubs often receive a large volume of photo submissions. This feature dramatically reduces the time staff spend processing them.
How to use it (Staff workflow):
Open the FT Staff App and navigate to the Member Photos section.
You may tap the Approve All button if all member photos look correct.
Tap the small circle on each photo you want to approve. Selected photos will be visually highlighted.
Once all desired photos are selected, tap Approve All Selected on the bottom of the screen.
All selected photos are approved in a single action.
📌 Support Note: Bulk approval is for approvals only. Declines must still be processed individually so that a reason and notification can be attached to each one.
New Feature: Targeted Push Notifications by Member Type & Membership Type
What it does: When composing a push notification in the Staff App, staff can now filter the recipient list by Member Type and/or Membership Type.
Why it matters: Clubs often need to communicate with specific segments — golf-only members for tee time promotions, social members for event invites, or corporate members for billing updates. This update makes targeting straightforward and reduces notification fatigue across the membership.
How to use it (Staff workflow):
Open the FT Staff App and navigate to Push Notifications.
Tap Create Notification.
In the Send To dropdown, select Member / Membership Type.
Two expandable sections will appear:
Member Type — Select one or more member types from the club's configured list.
Membership Type — Select one or more membership types from the club's configured list.
You can select from one section, the other, or both to refine your audience.
A counter badge shows how many types have been selected (e.g., "2 selected").
Compose your message and tap SEND.
Targeting behavior:
Selecting types from both Member Type and Membership Type applies an AND condition — only members who match both criteria will receive the notification.
Selecting multiple options within a single section applies an OR condition — members matching any selected type in that group will be included.
📌 Support Note: If you don't see certain Member Types or Membership Types listed, those categories are pulled directly from your ForeTees system configuration.
Member App — Version 4.5.5
Feature 1: Rotating QR Code & Screenshot Protection
What it does: The check-in QR code displayed in the Member App now rotates automatically at regular intervals. Additionally, if a member attempts to take a screenshot of their QR code, the resulting image will be blacked out and unusable.
Why it matters: Static QR codes can be shared, forwarded, or screenshotted and used by people other than the member they belong to — defeating the purpose of member-specific access control. These two measures work together to ensure that only the account holder, with their phone in hand, can use the QR code for check-in.
How it works (for member reference):
The QR code on the check-in screen refreshes automatically. Members do not need to take any action — they simply open the app and present the live code to be scanned.
If a member tries to screenshot their QR code screen, the saved image will appear as a black screen. The live in-app QR code continues to work normally.
Members who ask why their screenshot came out black should be directed to open the app live and use the on-screen code directly.
Staff implications:
No configuration is required. This feature is enabled automatically with the app update.
If a member reports that their QR code "isn't working," confirm they are using the live in-app screen and not a saved image or screenshot.
The rotation behavior is normal and expected — the code will look different each time a member opens the screen, but it will scan correctly.
📌 Support Note: This feature applies only to the check-in QR code within the Member App. It does not affect any other QR codes or barcodes in the platform.
New Feature: A Smarter Advisory Member Photo Prompt
Members who aren't ready to add a photo now have more say over how often they're asked. When the advisory photo prompt appears, they can choose Maybe Later to snooze it for 7 days, or Don't ask me again to turn the prompt off for good.
It's a small touch that respects your members' time — fewer repeat nudges, a smoother app experience, and less reason to dismiss ForeTees out of frustration.
Update Instructions for Clubs
Both updates are available now in the App Store and Google Play. To get the new features:
App | Platform | Action |
FT Staff App | iOS (Apple) | Update to v3.1.1 via the App Store |
FT Staff App | Android | Update to v3.1.1 via Google Play |
ClubCentral Member App | iOS (Apple) | Update to v4.5.5 via the App Store |
ClubCentral Member App | Android | Update to v4.5.5 via Google Play |
Support Scenarios
"A member says they weren't notified when their photo was declined." Confirm the member has push notifications enabled for the ClubCentral app on their device. Also verify that the staff member used the Decline & Notify Member button (not a different workflow). Check the member's app version is up to date.
"Staff can't find the bulk photo approval option." Confirm the Staff App is updated to v3.1.1. Bulk select mode is accessed by tapping a Select/multi-select option in the Member Photos section. If the option still doesn't appear after updating, escalate.
"The targeted push notification options aren't showing our club's member types." Member types are populated from the club's ForeTees Admin configuration. Ask the club to verify their member type and membership type setup. If it looks correct in Admin but isn't showing in the app, escalate to the development team.
"A member says their QR code isn't working." Confirm they are using the live, on-screen QR code in the app — not a screenshot or saved image. Remind them to have the app open and the QR code displayed in real time at the check-in point. If the live code isn't scanning, confirm app version and escalate if needed.
"A member is upset that their screenshot came out black." Explain that this is a new security feature designed to protect their account. The live QR code in the app works exactly as before — screenshots just can't be used as a workaround. This is working as intended.
